Questions families ask
Is a Grand Companion a caregiver?
No. We are companions: errands, the home, outings and company. We don't provide personal or medical care, and we will help your family find a licensed agency if that is needed.
How much does it cost?
From $45 an hour, with set rates for evenings, weekends and holidays. Purchases are at cost, with receipts. Call us for the full rates.
Will it be the same person each time?
Yes, as far as we possibly can. You have your own Grand Companion, who gets to know you.
Can I arrange this for my parent?
Yes. Many of our enquiries come from sons and daughters. We start with a free consultation with your parent, and you can pay the bills if you prefer.
